CAM Virtual Director

CAM’s entry level service offering is aimed at clients who wish to have the ability to make regular strategic changes to a panel composition but have internal issues in achieving this. CAM’s ‘Virtual Director’ allows seamless introduction of selected industry leading DCAs to a client panel acting as a single DCA placement, CAM’s fully flexible reporting environment ensures all client reporting requirements are adhered to. CAM will perform sanity checking, data analysis, data appending, data cleansing and if required, segmentation. CAM will then select the most suitable DCAs from its panel and instruct them to perform collection activities on behalf of the client.

This approach enables the client to introduce regular benchmark or champion challengers without increasing their admin and IT overhead. It also enables a client to engage with CAM with the minimum impact to their underlying business whilst gaining an exposure to the specialist services CAM has to offer.
